Applicants must have a High School Diploma, a minimum of 15 years of related claims experience, and at least 8 years of supervisory experience. The role demands a leader who can build and lead a high-performing team, ensure precise and consistent execution, and evolve the operating model to improve effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, cultivating a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and using analytics, technology, and metrics to enhance team efficiency and quality. A Bachelor's degree is desired, and the candidate must be appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled.
