The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Midwest to take on a pivotal role in leading the business, fostering influential utility partnerships, and driving the development of innovative energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning regional strategy with client commitments, financial goals, and company priorities. This leadership position demands a focus on business performance, innovation, and continuous improvement, as well as the ability to build and execute strategic account plans. The role goes beyond operational leadership, requiring a visionary leader who can shape market opportunities, influence industry trends, and represent the company with a strong presence in the energy community. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in energy-related sectors. A strong background in emerging energy solutions and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing, mission-driven teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy industry, including the evolving landscape of energy efficiency, demand-side management, and decarbonization. Experience in a values-based, employee-owned culture is a plus. The role requires a leader who is not only adept at driving business results but also passionate about developing exceptional leaders and making a lasting impact on the future of energy.
