The role demands a leader with a strong background in Lean, process standardization, and operational excellence, and the ability to lead supply chain transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Integrated Supply Chain and Logistics Management position at the company should have a 4-year degree in supply chain (preferred) and at least 10 years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or integrated supply chain roles. A minimum of 7 years of progressive supply chain management experience is required, with a proven track record in managing multi-site operations and leading supply chain transformation.
