Interim Head of Counselors Greater Dallas, TX Area

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, effectiveness, and well-being of the counselor staff, ensuring that campers have a safe, fun, and enriching experience. This role involves championing a positive and inclusive camp environment, leading and participating in camp program activities, and assisting with staff training and mentoring. The Head of Counselors will also be involved in promoting the values of the organization, addressing conflicts, and upholding safety standards. Applicants for the Head of Counselors position at the company should have a college degree or be within one year of completing a degree, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of two summers as a camp counselor or in a similar role is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
