Vice President of Commercial Construction

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Construction to lead multiple project teams, deliver strong client outcomes, and support profitable growth. Responsibilities include identifying project opportunities, developing strategies to win work, overseeing pursuits, and ensuring projects align with risk requirements and progress smoothly. The role also involves building client relationships, monitoring safety and project milestones, resolving subcontractor issues, and achieving revenue and profit goals. The Vice President will guide resource allocation, recruit and develop talent, support succession planning, and foster an inclusive, transparent work environment. Candidates should bring substantial leadership experience, established industry relationships, strong business acumen, and a solid understanding of commercial construction and general contracting. A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is preferred; equivalent additional work experience may be considered. Proficiency with construction, scheduling, customer relationship management, and business software is required, along with an OSHA 30-hour certification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
