The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Regulatory Assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the organization to provide independent assurance on control processes and advise on enhancements to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls framework. This role involves collaboration across the business to maintain a robust control environment, the development of detailed test plans to identify weaknesses, and the communication of key findings to stakeholders. The AVP will also be expected to lead a team, set objectives, and coach employees, or, if an individual contributor, lead collaborative assignments and guide team members. Key responsibilities for the AVP include leading the delivery of regulatory assurance reviews, executing end-to-end assurance activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of key controls. The role requires the ability to identify control weaknesses, emerging risks, and provide practical recommendations. The AVP will also be involved in tracking remediation activities, partnering with various teams to facilitate assurance reviews, and driving continuous improvement through standardization and automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology, and be adept at influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
