The role also involves defining and developing architecture models, working with feature teams to produce high-quality software, and determining the design and delivery approach for the company's software platforms. Applicants for the Principal Engineer position at the company should have a strong background in software engineering, software or database design and architecture, and experience in developing software within a DevOps and Agile framework. Significant experience with AWS and AI solutions, particularly in the areas of chatbots and knowledge management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development on Java and microservices stack, and a proven track record in implementing programming best practices, especially in the areas of scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
