The successful candidate will be a key player in the solutions lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the business problems are solved, and working solutions are produced to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, with a background in engineering disciplines, and a proven track record of rapidly and effectively translating product and business requirements into technical solutions. Key responsibilities for the Technical Specialist Analyst include applying Agile methods to develop and produce solutions that meet current and future non-functional requirements, as well as producing innovative ideas through experimentation and prototyping. The role also involves designing and developing solutions with a focus on the automation of build, test, and deployment activities, and liaising with principal engineers and domain architects to align with the wider platform and business objectives. The candidate should have experience in leading the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of AI-powered products within a regulated environment, and be well-versed in AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Expertise in agentic AI technologies and experience as a Product Owner are also essential for this position.
