Fractional Head of Business Support Team

The Company is in search of a Head of Business Support Team with a strong background in media, communications, and video production. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently creating, editing, and producing a wide range of engaging communication materials, including scripts, storyboards, and multimedia content. This role demands a proactive professional capable of delivering impactful content that aligns with key business messages and is suitable for various stakeholder groups. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy, managing complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring high-quality, timely reporting across multiple projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a business-related function, with at least 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry. The role requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as experience in video production, animation, and multimedia design. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to AI-enabled media tools and a proven ability to adopt emerging technologies. Responsibilities extend to supporting the Business Division Manager in governance and reporting, as well as providing leadership support in strategic business and communication matters. The Head of Business Support Team will also be expected to act as a delegate when necessary and to ensure that all communication and reporting activities are in line with corporate protocols and standards.
