Senior Vice President, NAV Oversight Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, NAV Oversight to provide independent oversight and governance of fund accounting activities across regulated investment funds. The role is responsible for safeguarding NAV integrity, strengthening controls, leading oversight teams, and serving as the senior escalation point for NAV issues, operational incidents, and regulatory enquiries. The successful candidate will engage with clients, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders, oversee global and outsourced operating models, and drive transformation initiatives such as automation and process optimisation. They will also assess new business opportunities and ensure solutions align with operational capabilities, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have significant experience in fund accounting, NAV oversight, fund administration, asset servicing, or investment operations, along with strong technical knowledge of NAV production, valuation principles, fund structures, and regulatory requirements. Experience in regulated financial services, leading teams, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering change across complex global organisations is required. A professional accounting qualification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related discipline are preferred. Strong strategic leadership, risk and control expertise, client relationship skills, and a commitment to developing inclusive, high-performing teams are important.
