President

The Company is seeking a President to serve as chief executive and lead its strategic direction, institutional advancement, and organizational performance. The President will partner with senior leadership and the board, serve as a primary ambassador, and personally cultivate and solicit major donors while guiding fundraising strategy and a comprehensive campaign. Responsibilities include strengthening donor and alumni engagement, leading board governance and strategic planning, and developing partnerships that advance the organization’s mission. The role also oversees affiliated entities, senior staff, financial stewardship, budgeting, risk management, and operational performance. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of successful leadership experience in a complex nonprofit or business organization. Required qualifications include success building strategic partnerships, leading strategic planning and organizational growth, experience working with diverse populations, and business and financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation. A master’s degree, experience with a university or related foundation, and knowledge of fundraising and foundation practices are preferred. Strong relationship-building, communication, judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead teams and volunteer boards are important.
