Head of Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control & Automation Technology

The Company is in search of a Head of Maintenance for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) with a strong background in electrical engineering, automation technology, and instrumentation and control engineering. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Production and Technology Management Team, responsible for both the operational and strategic maintenance of I&C in the process industry. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a collaborative approach, overseeing the technical and disciplinary management of maintenance departments, ensuring the high availability, reliability, and safety of all systems, and leading the implementation of modern maintenance and automation concepts. Applicants must have completed studies in a relevant technical field and possess several years of professional experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial settings with a focus on continuous production processes. The role requires a leader with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style, as well as a high sense of responsibility, cost awareness, and safety consciousness. The Head of Maintenance will be actively involved in investment projects, plant modernizations, and new acquisitions, and must ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming, process control systems, HMI and drive technology, and measurement and control technology, and will be adept at leading a team with a focus on respectful and effective management.
