The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Customer Relationship Management to oversee customer information and deliver analytics and data science insights for customer and banking initiatives. The role involves identifying trends in customer data, developing analytical solutions that support business goals such as revenue growth and customer engagement, and collaborating with relevant teams to implement recommendations. Responsibilities include extracting and preparing data, applying statistical and machine-learning methods, interpreting and presenting findings, and managing timely delivery. The successful candidate will also communicate insights to stakeholders and help non-analyst audiences use digital analytics tools effectively. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree, in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or physics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently lead workstreams, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations are required. Practical experience with SQL, Python, database and data-manipulation tools, and visualization platforms is expected, along with knowledge of an analytics language or tool such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or STATA. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and remote teams are essential.
