The Company is seeking a Vice President of Analytics to develop, calibrate, and enhance traded credit risk models, supporting accurate risk measurement, capital alignment, and risk-return analysis. Responsibilities include assessing regulatory requirements and their impact, providing bespoke analysis for new business, and communicating model methodologies and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves guiding the ongoing use of models in risk management and leading projects with stakeholders across business areas and regions. Candidates should understand the mathematical foundations of risk models and have experience quantifying traded credit risk using stochastic calculus and programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java. The role requires the ability to assess and improve methodologies, work with analytical code libraries, modify components, and apply test-driven development and testing practices. Strong documentation, communication, project leadership, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions amid ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.
