Interim Head of KLU SPARK Greater Hamburg, Germany Area

The Company is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on interim leader to guide an innovation and entrepreneurship platform during a temporary assignment. The role involves developing programmes across student entrepreneurship, founder support, incubation, corporate innovation, and impact; building strategic partnerships; and turning ideas into practical initiatives, pilots, and learning opportunities. The successful candidate will strengthen the platform’s community, lead flagship initiatives, develop funding and sponsorship opportunities, and represent the platform to internal and external stakeholders. They will also set priorities, coordinate people and resources across teams, monitor progress, and ensure a structured handover. Candidates should bring experience developing programmes, partnerships, communities, or initiatives, along with a background in entrepreneurship, innovation, start-ups, business development, consulting, venture building, or a related field. Strong project management, relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are required, as is the ability to create alignment and deliver results in a changing environment. Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives and relevant academic qualifications or equivalent professional experience are expected. Excellent English is required; German is an advantage, as is experience in a university, incubator, or similar setting and knowledge of logistics, digitalisation, sustainability, or responsible leadership.
