The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee the management of the foundation in alignment with its mission and purpose. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the foundation's operations, working in close collaboration with the board and key stakeholders. This role demands a deep understanding of the foundation's objectives, as well as experience and expertise in board and working group dynamics, financial matters, and networking. The CEO should possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, be systematic and proactive in their approach, and have a university degree suitable for the position. While not mandatory, experience in foundation and/or investment operations or real estate development is considered advantageous. A good command of Finnish and English is essential. The ideal CEO for the company will be a versatile and proactive individual, capable of building and nurturing cooperation with various stakeholders. The position does not require full-time commitment, and flexible work arrangements can be discussed. The focus is on a candidate who can effectively manage the foundation's activities, ensuring that they are in line with the organization's purpose and contribute to the promotion of business education and the partnership between business and education.
