The Company is seeking a Head of Operations Engineering for Technical and Engineering Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that provides expert engineering and asset management support throughout the railway lifecycle. This includes driving asset management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize asset performance, as well as leading investigations into major engineering incidents to enhance safety and operational performance. The role also involves overseeing the planning and delivery of major asset renewal and long-term replacement programs, and managing the implementation of new technologies and smart maintenance solutions. Applicants must have a degree in engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects, including at least 6 years' at a managerial level. A Corporate Membership of a recognized professional institution in engineering is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is essential. The position is based in Beijing, China, and the appointment will be made on a two-year renewable term.
