Head of Projects, Cooling

The Company is seeking a Head of Projects - Cooling to oversee large-scale building and district cooling projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery, including construction strategy, commercial planning, compliance, and team development. This role involves driving business development and tendering, leading construction and procurement strategy, and ensuring the successful and compliant completion of projects. The Head of Projects will also be tasked with maintaining operational excellence, and safety, and managing the project within budget and timeline requirements. Applicants for the Head of Projects - Cooling position at the company should have a university degree in a relevant engineering discipline, with a minimum of 15 years' industry experience and at least 8 years in a managerial role within large-scale construction environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Hong Kong new-build projects, particularly in HVAC systems or central chiller plants, with a strong preference for those with district cooling experience. Deep expertise in air-side and water-side HVAC operation and maintenance, as well as business development experience in supplier and contractor partnerships, is essential. The role requires strong project and financial management skills, excellent stakeholder and team leadership abilities, and fluency in English and Cantonese.
