The Company is seeking a visionary and highly quantitative SVP for People Strategy and Org Design, who will also serve as the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing the People function, leading automation, AI integration, and workflow transformations to create a hyper-efficient organization. Additionally, the role involves establishing the CPO's operating cadence, C-suite and board materials, and People OKRs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate transformation, or senior People strategy roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in fast-paced, high-growth global startups or fintech environments. Key responsibilities for this role include global organizational architecture, strategic workforce planning, and continuous analysis of organizational effectiveness. The candidate will also spearhead the evaluation and deployment of AI tools across the employee lifecycle, lead HR systems and workflow re-engineering, and establish data-driven digital operations. As the Chief of Staff to the CPO, the role involves managing executive communications, C-Suite reporting, and leadership team operating rhythms. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in organizational development, headcount modeling, job architecture, and cross-border strategic workforce planning, as well as a proven track record in AI and tech literacy.
