The Company is seeking a VP, People Business Partner to play a pivotal role in aligning business and people strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, high-potential retention, and employee engagement. This role demands a commercially minded HR leader with a strong background in Indonesian labor law and employee relations, and experience in fast-paced, high-growth global startup or fintech environments. The VP, People Business Partner will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, and will be instrumental in building scalable people practices to support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include strategic business partnership, leadership development, talent management, and improving people systems and processes. Applicants for the VP, People Business Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of extensive HRBP leadership experience, with at least 5 years' leading HRBP teams. The role requires a proven track record in partnering with senior executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and business-critical people decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, succession planning, and building high-performing organizations. Experience in designing and executing high-potential and critical-talent retention strategies is essential. The role also involves leading a high-performing HRBP team, so leadership and team development skills are crucial. The candidate should be commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to connect people strategies to measurable business outcomes.
