About the Role
Greater Jakarta, Indonesia Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a VP, Performance, Culture & Learning to spearhead the strategic development of global learning, performance evaluation, and organizational culture frameworks. This executive will be responsible for creating and maintaining an integrated system that aligns goal setting, performance assessment, compensation, and employee development with the company's values and culture. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven HR leader with a proven track record in scaling performance management systems, fostering a high-accountability meritocracy, and nurturing a cohesive company culture across multi-regional remote and hybrid teams. Key responsibilities include designing and refining performance appraisal frameworks, leading the performance cycle, building salary bands, and implementing retention policies. The role also involves developing tailored learning and career programs, setting leadership development curricula, and demonstrating the ROI of development spend. Success in this role at the company is defined by the successful implementation of a new performance management framework, the establishment of salary bands, and the cultivation of a high-performing, meritocratic culture. The VP will be expected to have a significant impact on leadership velocity, internal mobility, and cultural cohesion, with a focus on measurable business ROI from talent development programs. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in talent development, performance management, and organizational culture, with a strong preference for those who have worked in fast-paced, high-growth global startups or fintech environments. Mastery in performance systems, experience in culture building for distributed teams, and a proven ability to execute L&D strategies are essential. The role requires an individual with exceptional analytical and commercial skills, as well as executive presence to engage and align C-level stakeholders on performance and cultural priorities.
