Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities, particularly for high-volume hiring portfolios in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, HR interviews, interview scheduling, and offer management. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in an in-house Talent Acquisition function, recruitment agency, banking environment, or a combination of these. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency-based conversations. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition include providing timely and accurate recruitment updates to hiring managers, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and standards, and contributing to various talent acquisition activities to support the organization's talent attraction goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be adept at building effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
