Head of Business Development, Property Development

The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Business Development for Property Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading core growth and land-bank optimization initiatives, with a focus on deal structuring and strategic ventures. This senior role requires a professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in business development, investment, or property development, and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. The Head of Business Development will be tasked with aggressively identifying, evaluating, and securing new land banks and strategic sites, conducting comprehensive market surveys, and financial analysis, and partnering with the Founders and Directors to align land banking strategies with the company's long-term vision. Key responsibilities for the role include conducting feasibility studies, leading high-stakes joint ventures, and spearheading the formulation of innovative business models to ensure the commercial and legal robustness of new ventures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global tech and urban development, and will be expected to mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of market agility, precision analysis, and commercial excellence. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and reporting to Board-level stakeholders.
