Head of Investment, Registered Valuer, Corporate Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Head of Investment to lead its real estate investment business, grow its portfolio, and provide strategic advice to stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing business strategy, identifying opportunities, originating and managing transactions, and building client and investor relationships. The role oversees investment assignments from sourcing through completion, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and portfolio initiatives. It also involves market research, financial and risk analysis, compliance, governance, and accountability for departmental budgets and performance targets. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, valuation, finance, or business; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. Registration as a Valuer with the relevant Malaysian professional board is required, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience and five years in a senior leadership role. Applicants should bring a record of closing high-value transactions and strong knowledge of the Malaysian property market, valuation, investment analysis, financial modeling, and capital markets. Strategic judgment, negotiation, business development, communication, and people leadership skills are also essential.
