Head of Business Development, Property Development

The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Business Development for Property Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading core growth and land-bank optimization initiatives, with a focus on deal structuring and strategic ventures. This role requires a senior professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in business development, investment, or property development, and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. The Head of Business Development will be tasked with aggressively identifying, evaluating, and securing new land banks and strategic sites, conducting feasibility studies, and market surveys, and will work closely with the Founders and Directors to align land banking strategies with the company's long-term vision.
