Head of Commercial, Retail F&B

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for Retail F&B to spearhead commercial growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the Malaysian and Singaporean markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive commercial, value creation, and pricing strategies to meet revenue, COGS, and EBITDA targets. This role involves overseeing purchasing activities, driving cost-saving initiatives, and managing vendor relationships to secure favorable terms. The Head of Commercial will also direct marketing, visual merchandising, and menu engineering activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and will be heavily involved in procurement planning, inventory control, and logistics to optimize cost efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' commercial leadership experience in retail F&B environments, with a strong background in managing multi-brand portfolios across diverse business models. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in commercial and business acumen, as well as the ability to lead and mentor teams to drive performance and growth. The Head of Commercial will be expected to manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin monitoring, and to work closely with senior regional leadership and key external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
