Head of Policy Servicing

The Company is seeking a Head of Policy Servicing to set the strategic direction for its life insurance policy administration function and ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Responsibilities include overseeing daily servicing operations, maintaining accuracy and service standards, and leading a large team through talent development, accountability, and succession planning. The role also involves monitoring performance, improving workflows and resource allocation, and identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation, and system enhancements. The successful candidate will maintain operational controls and regulatory compliance, resolve complex servicing issues with other business functions, and communicate performance, risks, and improvement priorities to senior leadership. Candidates should have at least 20 years of insurance industry experience, specifically in life insurance policy administration or servicing, including a minimum of 10 years in supervisory or leadership roles. A proven ability to manage large teams, including teams of 50 or more employees, is required. Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate dependable, considerate leadership and a commitment to developing team capabilities.
