Assistant Divisional Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking an Assistant Divisional Vice President of Operations to support the oversight and management of a division. The role includes setting and advancing divisional goals, aligning operations with broader organizational objectives, and promoting operational excellence, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance. Responsibilities include guiding campus and area leadership teams, supporting policy implementation and leadership development, monitoring census goals and budgets, and helping oversee a leadership training program. The successful candidate will also represent the division in community and external agency matters. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience. The role calls for strong strategic leadership, operational and financial oversight, team development, communication, and relationship-management skills. Candidates should be able to assess performance, support accountability, and align resources and work with organizational goals and values. The position also requires the ability to meet the physical demands of the role and travel extensively.
