The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving commercial growth, leadership impact, and organizational capability. This strategic role involves partnering with the executive leadership team to enhance performance, effectiveness, and value creation. Key responsibilities for the CPO include strengthening the core people and organizational foundations, improving leadership capability, and management effectiveness, and fostering a culture that embraces innovation, accountability, and collaboration. The role also requires the development of strong succession, talent, and capability pipelines, as well as ensuring that people initiatives are aligned with the company's growth and long-term value creation goals. Applicants for the CPO position should have executive-level experience, with a focus on commercial insight and a proven track record in organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Chief People Officer, People Director, or in a similar leadership role, particularly within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technically-led environments. Strong expertise in organization design, leadership development, and change leadership is essential, as is the ability to influence, coach, and challenge executive stakeholders. The role demands a practical approach that balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and a clear focus on connecting people decisions to business performance. The CPO will be expected to work closely with the HR team to support the company's strategic transformation and growth objectives.
