Interim Head of Integrated Commissioning & System Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Integrated Commissioning & System Development to lead the development and implementation of integrated commissioning for adults and children. Responsibilities include advancing personalized, whole-person pathways; guiding staff across the system through transformational change and greater integration of health, care, and other support; and continuing to develop and implement an integrated commissioning framework. The role also oversees budgets for commissioned health, care, and joint services. Candidates should hold a relevant postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification, or have significant equivalent experience. They need substantial experience leading co-production and innovation across commissioning functions, thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, and a sound understanding of the needs of vulnerable residents, including children and young people and people with complex support needs. An enhanced background check certificate registered with the update service is essential.
