The Company is in search of a Vice President for People Transformation, Learning, and Reward. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the global people change agenda, with a focus on enhancing organizational capability, employee experience, and supporting long-term business growth. The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of HR change programs, serve as the PMO lead for people projects, and build change capability across the HR function. Key responsibilities include portfolio and program management, leadership in learning and organizational capability, and strategic direction for compensation and benefits programs. The role also demands strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence at the executive level, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have significant senior leadership experience in HR, people transformation, change, organizational development, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading people transformation programs within a global, matrixed organization and possess a combination of in-house business experience and consulting expertise. Strong experience in program governance, portfolio management, and change leadership is essential, as is a deep understanding of HR technology, digital transformation, and emerging AI opportunities within people functions. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to translate people initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
