The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Patient Experience Center of Excellence. This pivotal role involves establishing and leading a team that connects brand priorities with access, reimbursement, and patient support capabilities to enhance the experience of patients receiving prescribed therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the COE's strategy, operating model, and priorities, ensuring high-quality partnerships across portfolios, and overseeing the effectiveness of the post-prescription journey. Key responsibilities include guiding the design of patient and HCP journeys, aligning cross-functional partners, and using insights to inform and improve the patient and provider experience. Candidates for this role at the company should be enterprise-minded leaders with the ability to connect brand strategy, patient and provider needs, and PAR capabilities. The role requires a leader who can inspire, accelerate, integrate, and adapt to drive results for patients, staff, and shareholders. Basic qualifications include a doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years' marketing experience, and a strong preference for those with an advanced degree in a related field and experience in patient access, marketing, or a similar healthcare area. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of U.S. payer dynamics, reimbursement, and patient access barriers, and the ability to use insights to set priorities and recommend actions. Executive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without direct authority are also essential.
