Vice President of Enrollment Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enrollment Management to lead student recruitment, admissions operations, financial-aid coordination, and enrollment growth. The role includes developing and executing enrollment plans, overseeing the prospective-student journey from inquiry through enrollment, and strengthening recruitment, communications, events, and yield strategies. The successful candidate will use enrollment data and systems to monitor performance, improve processes, and guide decisions, while collaborating with academic, student, marketing, and finance teams. Responsibilities also include coaching enrollment staff, supporting financial-aid and budget planning, and representing the institution with prospective students, families, counselors, and partners. Candidates should have 7–10 years of progressive experience in higher education enrollment, admissions, recruitment, financial aid, or a related field, including 3–5 years in a leadership role, and a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Required strengths include full-cycle recruitment expertise, strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, CRM experience, financial-aid awareness, team leadership, and excellent English communication skills. Experience with Slate or comparable systems is valued, as are international recruitment experience and familiarity with liberal arts education. Additional language skills and cross-cultural communication ability are assets.
