Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an in-house legal team and providing commercially focused legal advice on a range of matters, including complex commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance. This role also involves supporting the business in M&A, corporate transactions, and legal transformation, with a key focus on modernizing the legal function and introducing new technologies such as AI and legal tech to improve efficiency and productivity. Applicants for the Head of Legal position at the company should ideally have a minimum of 10 years' of PQE, with a strong background in commercial legal matters and experience in M&A, corporate transactions, or corporate governance. The role requires a practical and commercially focused approach, the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives, and experience in leading and developing a legal team.
