The Company is seeking an SVP, Finance for its Energy Infrastructure segment, which is experiencing significant growth and a shift in focus towards direct utility work. The successful candidate will be the senior finance executive for the segment, responsible for financial planning, oversight, and reporting across multiple business units. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and improving financial processes, particularly in the areas of cost coding, and earned-value reporting. The SVP will also be a key partner to the business unit leaders, involved in setting and defending financial targets, and will play a critical role in the financial evaluation of new business unit additions and M&A activities. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior role with P&L accountability across multiple business units. A background in construction, EPC, industrial services, or specialty contracting is essential, with a strong preference for experience in high-voltage or utility-facing construction. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and improving financial processes in a construction or field-services environment, as well as experience in partnering with operations and business development on financial matters. Leadership competencies include the ability to operate as a builder, hold a high standard for data quality, and build trust with operating leaders.
