Chief Information Officer (CIO) Communications & Operations Lead

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer Communications & Operations Lead to guide communications across its technology organization and serve as a trusted executive partner. The role will shape communication strategy, advise leaders on sensitive messaging, and translate complex technical and organizational topics into clear, actionable information. Responsibilities include coordinating executive meetings and operating rhythms, preparing leadership materials, tracking decisions and follow-through, and leading change planning and adoption efforts. The role will also partner with initiative teams to develop audience-specific communications and use approved AI tools and automation to improve coordination, productivity, and communication effectiveness. Candidates should bring significant experience in executive, strategic, or change communications, ideally supporting senior leaders in a complex technology environment. They must demonstrate excellent English writing and editing skills, sound judgment and discretion, strong executive presence, and the ability to advise leaders and communicate strategy and change clearly. Experience with executive operations, meeting preparation, action tracking, change management, and coordinating multiple priorities is required. Applicants should be proficient in using AI tools and automation responsibly, comfortable working across functions and time zones, and have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field; Spanish is an advantage.
