The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement across the portfolio. This hands-on role involves partnering with ownership, executive leadership, and hotel teams to ensure consistent execution, brand compliance, and talent development. The ideal candidate is a proven hospitality operations leader with a strong background in select-service and full-service hotel operations, at least 10 years' of progressive hotel operations leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Key responsibilities include general manager development, revenue and profit optimization, strategic planning, and performance accountability. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive hotel operations leadership experience, with a focus on multi-property oversight.
