Vice President of Operations, Enrichment Programs Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for Enrichment Programs to take on a pivotal role in shaping and leading the business side of its enrichment offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L, setting a multi-year enrichment strategy, and driving its execution across the network. This includes evaluating and developing program portfolios, ensuring compliance with safety and licensing standards, and fostering a culture of excellence. The role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on measurable results, and the ability to lead change management and partner with various stakeholders to achieve success. Candidates for this role should have a background in operational transformation, performance improvement, or change management, with a proven track record in multi-site operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead change across multiple sites. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's, and experience in a regulated, safety-sensitive environment is a plus. The role is not limited to the education industry, and the company is open to applicants from diverse sectors, including healthcare, consumer/retail, and business or industrial services.
