Chair (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking a Chair to lead its Board in setting long-term vision and strategic direction. The Chair will help ensure strong governance, high-quality services, and sound financial stewardship, while supporting the organization’s continued development. Working with senior leadership, the role will foster a culture of openness, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The Chair will also strengthen partnerships across the health and care system to improve outcomes for patients and communities. Candidates should bring substantial board-level leadership experience and a strong understanding of governance, organizational transformation, financial oversight, and partnership working. Relevant experience as a Chair, Vice Chair, Non-Executive Director, or senior leader in health or public services is valued. The successful candidate will be able to lead an effective Board, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, encourage constructive challenge, and champion equality, diversity, and inclusion. A commitment to sustainable improvements in patient care, staff experience, and organizational performance is essential.
