Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop a multi-person finance team. Responsibilities include ensuring a robust finance and controlling system, overseeing timely financial statements and management reports, and managing budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, cash flow, and financial planning. The role also involves advancing financial processes and structures through digitalization and working closely with senior leadership to support strategic decisions. Candidates should have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, along with substantial experience in a similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, and strong expertise in controlling, planning, and reporting are required. The ideal candidate is comfortable with IT and financial systems, including ERP platforms, and brings an independent, proactive, assertive approach with a hands-on mindset.
