Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop a multi-person finance team. Responsibilities include ensuring a robust financial and controlling system, overseeing timely financial statements and management reports, and managing budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, cash flow, and financial planning. The role also involves advancing financial reporting and digitalizing relevant processes and structures. Working closely with senior leadership, the Head of Finance will contribute financial insight to strategic decisions. Candidates should have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, along with substantial experience in a similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS is required, as is strong expertise in controlling, planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with IT and financial systems, including ERP platforms, and brings an independent, proactive, assertive approach with a hands-on mindset.
