Associate Vice President, Accounting Control

Greater Mumbai, India Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Accounting Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate financial, regulatory, and risk reporting to various stakeholders, in compliance with all relevant requirements. This role involves close collaboration with financial, regulatory, and risk reporting managers to provide in-depth analysis and insight into financials, regulatory reports, and accounts. The Associate Vice President will also be involved in supervising and assuring risk-based control reporting, as well as participating in cyclical activities such as control self-assessments, control testing, and incident research. Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a degree in accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of control principles and front-to-back control environments. Experience in financial services, particularly in areas such as Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review (CCAR), regulatory reporting, and treasury, is a plus. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple deliverables, and proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively within a global organization, challenging existing processes, and recommending process and control improvements. The role also demands the ability to work with teams across multiple entities and a commitment to the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
