The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the execution of this significant transition, with a focus on the separation and migration of the business to the buyer, as well as the setup of the unit handling any residual business and transitional services. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years' of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, business management, COO, project management, or transformation, and a strong background in banking and investment products. Key responsibilities for the role include supporting the deal team in critical tasks related to separation and migration planning, interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting the finalization of transitional services. The candidate should have good project management and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work in a fast-changing environment, and a proven track record of problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in supporting technology change management and people initiatives is a plus. The role also demands advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting, as well as a university degree and the ability to leverage AI tools for business problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
