Associate General Counsel

The Company is in search of an Associate General Counsel to join its dynamic Legal & Regulatory team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's legal strategy, particularly in the context of its expansion and innovation within the residential real estate sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's business objectives are in line with legal and regulatory requirements, and it involves close collaboration with various teams to support new product development and market expansion. Key responsibilities for the Associate General Counsel include providing legal guidance on commercial and regulatory matters across all business units, with a focus on the growth of the company's mortgage and title businesses. The role also involves engaging with state regulators, managing outside counsel, and contributing to the development of data privacy and information security policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' of legal experience, with a strong background in commercial contracts and regulatory matters, and a preference for those with experience in residential real estate, mortgage lending, and title insurance. The position demands a professional with strong judgment, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
