Associate Vice President, IT Management Reporting

Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for IT Management Reporting within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior management with in-depth analysis and insights into the company's financial results, with a specific focus on IT financial reporting. This role involves working closely with various corporate and business functions to support decision-making for the firm's executive leadership. The candidate should be prepared to define and build processes for IT financial reporting, including the potential for automation and AI integration. Key skills for this position include attention to detail, a focus on accuracy, intellectual curiosity, and experience with financial data and business writing. The role also requires the ability to work with seasoned professionals across teams and functions to create management reporting and analysis that aids in understanding overall performance, expense trends, and resource consumption. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business planning, budgeting, and/or financial analysis, with a strong background in project planning and management. The ideal candidate will be extremely process-oriented, have the capacity to multitask, and be able to deal with shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering timely information. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is a desire to work proactively and contribute to business growth and transformation. A strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with OneStream Planning/Essbase is a plus. The role demands the ability to represent the finance function and work effectively with technology, accounting, legal, and cross-functional business teams.
