Associate Vice President, Workforce Planning (FP&A)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Workforce Planning within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior management with in-depth analysis and insights into the company's financial results, with a specific focus on advancing workforce planning capabilities. This role is pivotal in transforming the way the company plans for its workforce in forecasting and budgeting, and will involve close collaboration with HR and business leaders. Key responsibilities include creating management reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making, particularly in the areas of performance, expense trends, and resource consumption. Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business planning, budgeting, and/or financial analysis, and possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong focus on accuracy, and the ability to work proactively to contribute to business growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will be extremely process-oriented, with the capacity to multi-task and deal with shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering timely information. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and a desire to represent finance in a dynamic business environment are essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, and experience with OneStream Planning/Essbase is a plus.
