Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to create a premier AI-native workforce pipeline. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading strategic decision-making, and shaping the future of the company's training programs and job placement initiatives. This includes managing finance, operations, and people functions, and architecting the systems necessary to scale the mission and impact. The successful candidate will be a key leader in organizational design, performance management, and business operations, with a focus on unifying various functions into a seamless operational backbone. They will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and mission alignment. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have 8-12 years' of experience in business operations or leadership roles, with a background that ideally combines both a strategy/consulting environment and hands-on operational experience. The role requires a candidate with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, a proven track record in cultivating elite teams, and extensive experience in designing and governing executive-level KPI frameworks. Deep expertise in organizational design, structural transformation, and team topology scaling is essential. The ideal candidate will be deeply motivated by the company's mission of economic transformation and expanded opportunity for low-income and underrepresented communities, and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
