The Company is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead a transformative and integrated approach to philanthropy, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven leader, responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance the organization's long-term financial sustainability, global influence, and social impact. This role requires a commitment to the values of the organization, expertise in blended finance and innovative financing mechanisms, and a history of successfully securing multi-million-dollar funding commitments. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, program teams, and the Board to design and implement philanthropic strategies that align with the organization's mission, including the advancement of creative funding mechanisms for global issues such as food systems, education, and the care economy. Applicants for the Chief Philanthropy Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 20 years of progressive leadership experience in philanthropy and resource mobilization, preferably within a global nonprofit or mission-driven organization. The role demands a leader with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of building diverse partnerships and translating complex impact into compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cultivating and stewarding relationships with a range of funders, from high-net-worth individuals to institutional partners. A key aspect of the role is the ability to operate in complex, multicultural, and cross-sector environments, and to foster a culture of innovative philanthropy. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will be at the forefront of shaping the future of global philanthropy, connecting with visionary families, and supporting a new era of more reflective and regenerative giving.
