Executive Director, Enterprise & People Communications

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Enterprise and People Communications. This senior leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the company's narrative strategy, ensuring that the internal and external communications are consistent, clear, and impactful. The successful candidate will be the chief architect of the internal enterprise narrative, responsible for translating complex business strategies and organizational changes into compelling messages that resonate with all colleague audiences. They will also lead the development of culture programs that reinforce the company's values and mission, and champion initiatives that foster inclusion and deepen colleague engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 15 years' experience in corporate or internal communications, and a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in enterprise-level communication strategies. Experience in the biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry is preferred, as is a background in leading communications through organizational change and transformation. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, enterprise-minded leader with a strong business acumen, capable of connecting communication strategies to business outcomes and working effectively across various functions.
