The role also involves leading change management for redesigns and building methodologies and tools for organization design and operating models. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a proven track record of guiding senior executives through significant operating model choices in a global, matrixed organization. Strong business acumen, the ability to translate business strategy into practical decisions, and experience in leading change management are essential.
